Description of the feature request
Phabricator is a git repository hosting service, which we are heavily invested in (500+ repos, most of which are hosted in Phabricator). Phabricator has it’s own webhooks/trigger rules and subsytems (Herald and Harbour Master), which can communicated with supported CI services to implement CI/CD flows.
Use case / for what or how I would use it
By adding Phabricator integration, we would like to use it for triggering our iOS/Android builds, execute linters, run tests, and fully leverage the Bitrise ecosystem, and report back the results to Phabricator.
