Get API TOKEN for starting builds via API

Description of the feature request

It’d be nice to support fetching an app’s API token using an API token.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

I want to automatically start builds given an app slug. That’s not possible because I need the app token which I can’t get from an API token.

POST https://api.bitrise.io/v0.1/apps/appSlug/builds accepts the regular API token for starting builds. This feature request can be closed.
