Allow build to be started / triggered with Personal Access Token

Description of the feature request

With the current api, we can have the list of application with each slug. In order to start a build, we also need the application token, which can be found only in code section.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

I am currently developing an Android App, and if I want to start a new build from the api, with the information the api can give me.

I’m also making an Android app, triggering builds via API is a must have. It’s the most important endpoint I’m missing.
