Description of the feature request
When using the UI (or maybe even via the CLI), the build screen doesn’t present the following options
- use the bitrise.yml in the repository (if it is already present)
- turn off the build notifications (enabled by default)
Use case / for what or how I would use it
The default ensures there is at least one unnecessary sample build and notification going out to the stakeholders; and additional manual steps that can part of the normal app creation flow.
