[Xcode 11] Missing iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (2nd generation) on iOS 13

The iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (2nd generation) for iOS 13 is not present in the Xcode 11 Stack (11.0.x).
It is possible to create a new device for iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (2nd generation) on iOS 13 on Xcode though, any reason why it is not included in the Xcode 11 Stack?
It is quite critical as Apple still requires Screenshots specific to the iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (2nd generation) and downgrading to the previous stack is not an option because of external dependencies.
Could we get it added to the Stack?

Running:

xcrun simctl create "iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (2nd generation)" "com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimDeviceType.iPad-Pro--12-9-inch---2nd-generation-" "com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimRuntime.iOS-13-0"

in a dedicated Script Workflow for now, still would be nice to have it out of the box.
