Support for Custom Headers in Outgoing Webhooks

Description of the feature request

Unlesss I am missing something, there is no way to add extra headers to outgoing webhooks via the web interface.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

I have an AWS API which listens to webhooks. I am able to secure and track requests to endpoints via API keys which require the x-api-key header to be set and I see no way to add thia via the bitrise web interface.
