Pagerduty is very important for receiving all alerts related to application health. It will be great if there is a step in bitrise to integrate with PagerDuty
Use case:
We run end to end test for our apps every couple of hours as a system health check. for example if backend endpoint is down, this bitrise build will fail. We want to notify stack holders about the issue to fix it quickly.
We can do this using mail, slack. But as a company policy, all alerts must go through Pager duty where we can collect metrics about system uptime and configure alert policy easily. eg: send slack, if no one replies in 10 minutes, send email, then make a phone call…etc
