What was the issue:
Whenever an organization’s payment is past due, users could only see notification about this on the app related pages, if the app is owned by an Organization. Notification should also appear in the organization’s settings page.
What we changed to make it better:
A notification appears for members of the organization when visiting the organization settings page, if the organization’s payment is past due.
