I’m using steps “iOS Auto Provision with Apple ID” and “Deploy to iTunes Connect - Application Loader” to upload my builds to App Store Connect, and then release from here.

Since a few hours there is a bug on Apple side : https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/671373
One of the workarounds is to “uncheck “Upload your app’s symbols to receive symbolicated reports from Apple” when packing.”. I don’t see an option for that in these steps. Is there a way to do that ? Should that be a proposed options of one of the steps ?
