Description of the issue
I cannot upload a ios binary to AppStore Connect.
I register access key and issuer and apple id and password
but I can’t Upload the binary.

The latest version of
Deploy to iTunes Connect and Deploy to iTunes Connect - Application Loader.
Both of plugin can’t work.
