Installing Newest Homebrew Formula

Hey there,

I use the newest available stack:

My problem is that the homebrew core tap is from somewhere last year (see below: 5 months ago) even though I was able to update Homebrew to the newest version:

HOMEBREW_VERSION: 3.3.12
ORIGIN: https://github.com/Homebrew/brew
HEAD: 768b172393339b4654107dc6a840a2cd08dc64b9
Last commit: 5 days ago
Core tap ORIGIN: /Users/vagrant/mirrors/github.com/bitrise-io/homebrew-core
Core tap HEAD: ad83b1f8bf30c1d6126d7681ab1f5c2e0c7d7d99
Core tap last commit: 5 months ago
Core tap branch: master
HOMEBREW_PREFIX: /usr/local
HOMEBREW_CASK_OPTS: []
HOMEBREW_CORE_GIT_REMOTE: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core
HOMEBREW_MAKE_JOBS: 4
HOMEBREW_NO_ANALYTICS: set
HOMEBREW_NO_AUTO_UPDATE: set
HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_CLEANUP: set
Homebrew Ruby: 2.6.8 => /System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/2.6/usr/bin/ruby
CPU: quad-core 64-bit ivybridge
Clang: 13.0.0 build 1300
Git: 2.33.0 => /usr/local/bin/git
Curl: 7.77.0 => /usr/bin/curl
macOS: 12.0.1-x86_64
CLT: 13.1.0.0.1.1633545042
Xcode: 13.2.1 => /Applications/Xcode-13.2.1.app/Contents/Developer

I’m only able to update e.g. the formula mint to version 0.16.0 while there is the version 0.17.1 released already: Releases · yonaskolb/Mint · GitHub.

Also the word Big Sur is part of the logs which is disturbing since the stack runs with macOS Monterey:

Any ideas how I can get version 0.17.1?
