Build aborted Abort via Bitrise DEN (timeout)

Description of the issue

My build is getting aborted after it runs around 30min. The abort reason is: Abort via Bitrise DEN (timeout). My build is working locally it just takes time. Do you have any idea what could be the issue ?

Environment:

Machine:
Linux:
2xCPU / 7.5 GB RAM
Mac os:
2xCPU (Intel Xeon E5-2697 v2) / 4 GB RAM
Stack: Xcode 12.5.x, on macOS 11.2 (Big Sur)

Step: Xcode Archive & Export for iOS Version: 3.2.5

Reproducibility

  • Does a “Rebuild” help? (You can trigger a rebuild from the Build’s page, by clicking the “Rebuild” button in the top right corner of a finished build) : NO
  • Does a rebuild without caches help? (You can remove the Cache:Pull and Cache:Push steps temporarily to not to use the cache, or you can delete all the caches on the Settings tab of the app. : YES/NO
  • Does the issue happen sporadically, or every time? : Every time
  • Does upgrading the build Step to the latest version help? : NO
  • When did the issue start? : Always

Same here after switching to
Stack: Xcode 12.5.x, on macOS 11.2 (Big Sur)

Can you please submit a ticket to support that includes the log file or the URL of the related build and also enable Support Access on the Settings tab of the app (https://devcenter.bitrise.io/troubleshooting/enabling-bitrise-support-user/ ) so that we can take a more in-depth look?
