Boss can't download app from Bitrise.io

Hi.

My boss is the only person in my team who can’t download iOS builds distributed on Bitrise.io. He’s in the profile like everybody else but the ‘Check Device Compatibility’ button doesn’t prompt him to install the configuration profile.

Has anyone else come across this issue? Any ideas?

Hello Adam👋, sorry for the late reply.

as far as I remember this usually can be because the profile uploaded does not contain the UDID of the device, could you double check if you can find your boss’ UDID in the log under the profile that has been used to sign the application? :upside_down_face:
