Automatic linking for URLs in build's commit message

From now any URL (like https://www.bitrise.io/) in the build’s commit message will be automatically converted into a clickable link on the Build’s details page.

P.S. You can also use markdown in your commit/PR text to get a nicely formatted “commit message” on the build’s description page.

We had to roll this release back, we’ll fix the issue and publish it once the fix is tested.
