Auto folding build output for better reading and finding

Description of the feature request

I would like each step in the build process to fold up into independent sections so that it is easier to find sections as well as information within those sections. CircleCI is 1 example of a solution that does this.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

While building each section would get folded up when it is done and the next section would start. This would make it immediately knowable what step you are on. Also when the test is done I could easily unfold a section to see its output with out having to use ctrl+f to search for some phrase.

Note: clicking on the step icons in the log you can fold/collapse that step’s log, but it’s not automatic. The #feature-request is about making this automatic.

I did not know about the step icons folding the log. That will be useful. But yes i agree, it would be great if each step folded once it was done
