Iā€™d suggest you to use the Install Missing Android Tools step, which is maintained by us and is adapted when the Android SDK tools change (what happened here, that android update sdk is no longer available in the latest Android SDK, at least not for every package - see Weekly Virtual Machine / Stack updates - 2017.07.15)
