Android firebase lab tests are not being reported as flaky

The Android virtual device testing step has an option to retry on failure, and says that any tests which have passed after a retry will be reported as flaky. This doesn’t seem to be the case however, the build is still failing when the tests pass on the retry.

I have raised this issue on GitHub but I have no received a response, Is this repo monitored? https://github.com/bitrise-steplib/steps-virtual-device-testing-for-android/issues/63
