Add ability to change application title via API

Use case / for what or how I would use it

We want to automate app creation, but every app created via api has the same title. It’s very difficult to manage this apps.

I agree, it feels like absolutely nonsense that you cannot specify a title for the app you are creating

Guys, really, this is a simple thing, which will do usage of service more userfriendly.
