Can someone help us out here please. Today is day 3 of downtime
It appears that the issue runs between 12 pm to about 12 am IST, and then does not 12 am to 12 pm again. Something is going on and we need this resolved urgently!
I have logged multiple support emails about this, and no one has responded.
After a lot of troubleshooting, and 3 days of intermittent downtime, it appears that your system is no longer correctly validating the Personal access token that corresponds to my account.
Please see screenshot attached of the error in postman. What is baffling is that your system appears to validate the token half the day, and then times out the rest of the day.
We had another token that was generated years ago ( not from my account), that we have reverted to using now, but this is very worrying. Why is your system timing out for my token half the day ?!?!?!??!?!
