My test results addon view has two tabs with same results. I’m wondering if it’s because I chain workflows together, and both the test and build workflow have a deploy to bitrise step?

That’s the reason it’s happening exactly. When you chain workflows, you unite them to run as one build within one build machine.
This also means that having multiple Deploy to Bitrise.io steps in there (assuming all of them are running after your tests) will result in the same test result getting uploaded X times.
