As far as I know, HockeyApp will be migrated to Microsoft App Center at https://appcenter.ms/. Do we have any plan for developing Uploading step for App Center?

This is entirely correct, the team is aware and is looking into possible long-term solutions for the migration! I am not able disclose the exact future of the step, but we’ll definitely let you know before November
