An App Center step that will only upload the APK without trigerring the tests

Description of the feature request

A step like the existing “upload to App Center and schedule tests” but to only upload to App Center.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

I saw there is a step to upload and run tests but what I actually need is to just upload because it’s going to be used for distribution only at this point.

I would very much like to see this. With HockeyApp closing down in 2019, it would be nice to start migrating everything over.
