Successful build is not available on ship page

I’m having a bug with an iOS build workflow. The workflow is successfuly completed, but the build is not available on ship page, when it’s shown the message: " First, you need to build an IPA/APK".
The “xcode-archive” path is present, show some warnings, but shows “▸ Export Succeeded” at the end:

What is this error cause and how to fix it?

Hello,

Please review “Getting started with Ship” to verify that you have set things up correctly. If you have and are still having problems, please open a ticket with support. Be sure to include the build url and enable support access (under the “Settings” tab for the app)
