Selective builds on different workflows

Hi, is that possible trigger different workflows for selective builds?
Example: when change file A build workflow X
when change file B build workflow Y

Unfortunately, it isn’t. The Selective Builds feature isn’t able to trigger anything actually, it’s the opposite, to stop builds from getting triggered.
