It would be nice to have the ability to manage user rights per workflow

In a bigger organisation you usually have a release management team which is the one responsible for signing off and shipping a new version of the app to the customers. We would like to give them specific access rights to run a workflow that builds, signs and ships a new version of the app to AppStore/Play store. This will allow only release mangers and admins to actually ship a new version.

Thanks for the #feature-request! We have a similar one existing, please check: Granular "trigger build" permissions - restrict who can trigger builds on BranchX or with WorkflowY would this cover your use case?
