The issue was that multiple support options were available at different parts of the website and it was not always easy to find the right option.
We removed the support menu (a
? icon) from the navbar and migrated most of it’s menu items into a new, unified support menu, which is available at the bottom right corner of bitrise.io, where the previous Intercom chat was found.
To access the previous live chat (Intercom) option just selecting the Tech support item.
