If the build works on your local Mac/PC but not on bitrise.io, that’s usually because of uncommitted / gitignored files or a tool version difference. Sometime, everything works fine.

I think this can also mean that your app crashes during launching / before the test would start, but of course without the code it’s quite hard to debug or advise something better than to follow the local debugging guide (above).
