Description of the feature request
Inspired by the “Notes” button when reviewing a Crash in Firebase Crashlytics dashboard, the ability to leave Notes / Comments in the Bitrise Insights Tests Results, which would also be visible Test Reports tab in a Bitrise build.
Use case / for what or how I would use it
A larger engineering team that may have several people reviewing test results would like to leave comments for each other. This would be helpful to surface prior notes when a test case has failed in a build, or when reviewing the test case history in Insights.
