Flagged for review

Hello, I’ve just created an account (I actually had to create an account 2 times as the verification email wouldn’t arrive the first time) and i’m trying to create a workspace, and i’m getting the error:

Oops! It looks like your account was flagged by our system for review. Please reach out to support to proceed.

So i’m reaching out. What do I need to do next?

Can you please reach out to our support via the in-product support option, which you can find in the bottom-right corner of bitrise.io ?

That will make it easier to identify your account and to debug what happened.
