Can't sign into the Bitrise Zendesk support site

I’m trying to submit a support ticket at Bitrise - Sign In but it says “Unable to sign in” when I use the same credentials I use to log into

Have I misunderstood something?

We had an issue today with our Support Center, unfortunately, users weren’t able to sign in. :cry: We have fixed the issue in the meantime, could you please try to check if you are able to submit a ticket now? :ticket:
