Changing the owner of the app

If we change the owner of an application, will the new owner still have the workflows, codesigining, secrets, env vars and triggers?

I have an application that needs to be transferred to a new owner but I am not sure what to expect after the change.

Yes the new owner will have access to everything in the App, which you should retain as an admin on the app.
