Cannot create iOS builds

We are unable to create iOS builds despite verifying that the bundleID within Xcode and the Apple Developer account is correct.

Keep getting the following error:

Verify that the Bundle Identifier in your project is your signing id in Xcode

Also tried creating a support request but haven’t heard back in 4 days.

What may be the issue here?
