Build fails but logs are not available

Description of the issue

I build a commit that succeeded before but now all other builds fail and no build logs are available. Plus I cannot open the workflow editor in my Safari.

Environment:

Happens on bitrise.io Xcode 8.3.x, macos Sierra 10.12

Reproducibility

  • Does a “Rebuild” help? (You can trigger a rebuild from the Build’s page, by clicking the “Rebuild” button in the top right corner of a finished build) : NO
  • Does a rebuild without caches help? (You can remove the Cache:Pull and Cache:Push steps temporarily to not to use the cache, or you can delete all the caches on the Settings tab of the app. : I don’t use cache
  • Does upgrading the build Step to the latest version help? : YES/NO
  • When did the issue start? : june 26th, 7:23pm

Does this happen every time or the missing log was just a one time thing?

Can you please send us the build’s bitrise.io URL either in email or through the onsite support chat?
