Build abort via Bitrise DEN (timeout) How to extend timeout more than 90min?

Bitrise Build Issue Report template

Description of the issue

I am trying to use Emscripten SDK to build for a C++ App to js code. The build time is 90 minutes and more, and I get a timeout. Everytime retry same thing happens. The second Script Step which is to actual make the Emscripten Build is expected to take long. So far, I’ve got no errors during the process, but since it’s a long list of files to build, it’s still in compile phase and pending linking.
Is that a way to edit timeout to be more or to speed up the build time?

Environment:

Where did the issue happen?

Reproducibility

  • Does upgrading the build Step to the latest version help? : NO
  • When did the issue start? :5/8/2020

Local reproduction

Can it be reproduced on your own Mac/PC by following our local debug guide? Please follow at least the first section (“Testing with a full clean git clone”) to make sure to test the state of the code what bitrise.io will get when it does a git clone in the clean environment! If possible please note which sections you tried.

Not reproducible in local debug.

Local reproduction: Linux / Android (docker based) stack builds

Can it be reproduced by running the build locally, after doing a new git clone of the repository into the /tmp directory and running the build from there with the Bitrise CLI ( Bitrise CLI )? If no, can it be reproduced with Docker (using the same docker images / environment we use on bitrise.io)? Related guide: Redirecting… .

Hi @zoeli,

Thank you for reaching out.

The timeout can be increased by talking to sales.

Please reach out to https://www.bitrise.io/contact.

Please add a convenient option to increase that timeout, it’s really annoying and I don’t see the reason to wait for sales to answer and handle this.

Hello,

The build time is tied to the plan you are on. You can see the current plans and the build time available at:
