Allow disabling of email notifications per user

Description of the feature request

Please allow disabling of email notifications on a per user basis.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

I’m not directly involved with the team that uses BitRise, however I check in from time to time. I don’t want to be spammed with builds just because that team needs email notifications/

GitLab, GitHub, other CI services all allow notification settings to be done on a per user basis.

Can you please check that #feature-request and let me know if there’s anything not covered there? If it’s a duplicate of that I’d close this one, to have the related votes in a single place - more votes = higher priority! :wink:
