Allow custom initials for apps

Description of the feature request

It would be great if instead of the first and last letters of the app name, the initials displayed could be customised.

Use case / for what or how I would use it

We have a fair amount of projects on two platforms named:

  • Project A iOS => PS
  • Project A Android => PD
  • Project B iOS => PS
  • Project B Android => PD

Ideally we would be able to customise these to:

  • Project A iOS => AI
  • Project A Android => AA
  • Project B iOS => BI
  • Project B Android => BA
