Workflow editor stack tab displays "Failed to load menu"

The workflow editor stack tab just displays “Failed to load menu”. This happens for the secrets tab too and possibly others.

My workflow is like this.

I found the reason of mine.
My office network blocks some css files of this page.

Mine, when access Workflow, Bitrise returns 500 error.

Bitrise throws server error when we try to access workflows.
This is a blocker.
