In general where would you prefer we posted bug reports and issues about specific steps? Here on discuss or on github in the repo for the step itself?

Both works perfectly as we monitor them equally 
Discuss is more frequented by users though, and posting there would make bug reports and issues more well known to the community (if only to know what to watch out for).
In any way, it’s your choice
