@trick14 it’s a new step: https://github.com/bitrise-steplib/steps-set-env-var / https://github.com/bitrise-steplib/steps-set-env-var/blob/master/step.yml

The repo you linked is the StepLib’s repository; it does not include any step, it’s just the library metadata repo (spec).

The PR you linked was just a new step, if you don’t use that step it doesn’t affect you in any way.
