SonarQube-scanner step: The scanner parameters example needs to be updated

The example show this property

sonar.analysis.mode=preview

but is not supported anymore and breaks the build:

`ERROR: Error during SonarQube Scanner execution

ERROR: The preview mode, along with the ‘sonar.analysis.mode’ parameter, is no more supported. You should stop using this parameter.`
