Setting API Key Path and Issuer inside the workflow, for multiple Apple teams

Hi, I’m trying to follow the steps here:

I understand most of the instructions except for those ones: “the Step’s inputs”. Multiple times this article mentions: “The step”, but not mentioning which step has these inputs.

I’ve been trying to look for every step in my workflows but haven’t found a single one which has the: API Key path or API Issuer inputs.

Does anyone have any idea which step are they talking about?
