Payment details - company VAT number not found

Hey, I wanted to buy a license for my company. However it’s a new company (less than a month) and putting my VAT number is giving me an error. However, I need this to be working now. I know that VAT is refreshed once a month in DB. Is it possible to buy it with explicitly putting VAT there?
