Do we need to worry about limits on any outbound networks?
e.g. for our android builds, our mapping.txt, generated after proguard is over 100MB. Since the mapping.txt gets uploaded to firebase, can those outbound requests be throttled or dropped because of this?

I did some digging and I can confirm that we don not have any intentional inhibitions on upload speed, it should be about the same capacity as downloading. Bear in mind though that bandwidth CAN vary depending on the global usage of our resources, meaning network speed can be different during peak hours than in off-hours.
