Optimize the UI test step using API

Hi there!

We currently use Browserstack integration to perform UI tests. This step consumes 30 minutes of the total build time.

Is there a way to save the result of a UI test build and in the release build just check if the build passed or not? Using API.

Hello there,

When it comes to the API, there currently isn’t a query that can access test results however depending on your use case there are some step integrations that can export the test results within your bitrise workflow and display the rest results in our test reports tool. If you can provide more info on how your workflow is set up or you could enable support access for us to be able to take a deeper look.

  1. Go to the Settings tab of your app on Bitrise.
  2. Scroll down to the Enable Bitrise Support User for this app and toggle the switch to the right to enable it. It might take a couple of seconds to work and you might need to refresh your page to see the enabled status.
  3. Include the build URL or app URL in your reply here so we can access it.
