Obsolete default stack Android for stored yml

Description of the issue

If stack configuration is missing in bitrise.yml stored in a repository, stack defaults to linux-docker-android which is now obsolete. This causes builds which hang in an Initializing stage.

Note: specifying the stack explicitly as linux-docker-android-20.04 works, however it causes problems with iOS builds which are using the same configuration
