Not able to add Multiple provisioning URL

Certificate and profile installer says that we can add multiple provisioning urls using | (PIPE) symbol,
But the filed itself is not editable.

In the Input Box, i am only able to add one variable.
How to add specific provisioning profiles when the filed is non editable
