Infinite page load loop after sign up or log in on www.bitrise.io

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Be sign in to bitrise.io (with GitHub in this case, not sure if it matters)
  2. Go to https://www.bitrise.io/
  3. Click Sign Up or Log In

There is infinite page loading cycle between https://app.bitrise.io/ and https://app.bitrise.io/dashboard, those addresses appears in browser’s address bar, visible page is blank.

We did a rollback, so this issue should be fixed, do you still exprecience this?

I’ve encountered the same issue a few minutes ago.

It seems to occur every time I close the browser. I’m able to fix it by clearing sessions and local storage.

Edit: Did you change the domain perhaps? I had bookmarked https://bitrise.io/dashboard which still has the issue but https://app.bitrise.io/dashboard/builds works fine.

yes we did change the domain, if I remember correctly, but the link should be working properly.

are you still experiencing this issue?

https://bitrise.io/dashboard redirects to https://bitrise.io but it doesn’t have any content other than the chat. Going to https://bitrise.io manually works fine though.

That said, I don’t think this should be considered an issue any more since https://app.bitrise.io/dashboard/builds works fine.
