Thanks for your report! This should no longer be the case and are working on automating the update so this won’t happen
Also, to anyone who’ve experienced it, it shouldn’t be blocking, you just have to take an extra step to approve the expired certificate if this does happen.
This can be caused by a previous profile being stuck on the device.
Go to Settings -> General -> Profiles on the iOS test device and remove any profiles (especially the expired one) than retry the installation? It was regenerated since, it just has stuck on the device.
