bot yesterday and today, bitbucket also gets the same error
Do you have a large amount of repos / orgs on your bitbucket/github accounts?
Did it work before and just stopped working now or it never worked with your account?
Also, did you try to re-connect your GitHub / Bitbucket account on bitrise.io?
This is the first time I’m using it, I only have 60 repos on github
already tried to disconnect/connect github, still the same issue

60 repos and like 3 or 4 orgs
That definitely should not be an issue (I have 120+ repos as well as 10+ orgs with 100+ repos in some of those and it loads reliably).
Can you please contact our support via the onsite chat? We’ll most likely need a couple of private infos to debug this issue, as so far we could not reproduce the error.
