Distributing to a specific external group in TestFlight

Hello,

In my workflow, I’m able to successfully upload a build to TestFlight using the Deploy to iTunesConnect step.

Is it possible to not only upload the build, but wait for the processing on the AppStoreConnect and then distribute the build to a specific External Testing group? If yes, where do you exactly specify the external group name?

I saw that there is an option Submit for Review in the Deploy to iTunesConnect, but from what I understand, this is for actual release to the AppStore.
